7. Fees & Payments

- subscription fees

- usage fees

Unless otherwise stated:

- fees are non-refundable

- invoices are due according to the agreed terms

- late payments may result in suspension of services

8. Third-Party Platforms

ILS may integrate with third-party services, including:

- CRM platforms

- automation systems

- payment processors

- communication providers

- analytics tools

- AI systems

ILS is not responsible for:

- third-party outages

- policy changes

- platform failures

- external data handling practices

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILS shall not be liable for:

- indirect damages

- consequential damages

- lost profits

- operational interruptions

- data loss

- reliance on automation outputs

- third-party failures

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
